ISSUE:

• Staff wants to modify one of the following attributes in their signature:
  • Pronoun
  • ShareFile "upload files here" link
  • Mobile phone number
    
    
• Staff can view only the following attributes. A help desk ticket is required for modification:
  • Alternate job title, if applicable
  • Designation
  • Fax number
  • Company phone number
  • Active job title

RESOLUTION:

• Navigate to https://user.codetwo.com/
• Enter KSM network credentials, if prompted
• Update pronoun or ShareFile link
• If you remove the mobile phone, it will not show up on the signature line until the refresh option is selected
• If any items that are view only are incorrect, please submit a ticket to helpdesk@ksmcpa.com
