Outlook - Add New Email Account to CSA Horizon ISSUE: KSM email send and recieve is not available in the CSA Horizon Desktop RESOLUTION The steps below will allow you to access CSA and KSM email accounts in the CSA Horizon desktop. It will allow you to repsond to an email received in your CSA account using a KSM email sender address. This will also allow you access to the Document add-in to send/request client files. Open Outlook in the CSA Horizon desktop. In the upper right-hand corner of Outlook, confirm that your profile bubble shows your CSA email address when you hover over it Select File. Click on the arrow that shows your email address. It should only show your CSA address. Click Add Account > Enter your KSM email address > Click Connect Enter your KSM network password > Click Sign in Select OK to Stay signed in to all apps > Click Done when prompted Click Done to active the KSM email address and restart Outlook Once you restart Outlook, you will see a new entry for your KSM inbox. In Outlook, If you select File, you will be able to select the account drop-down and should see a CSA email account and a KSMCPA email account Right-click over each Inbox and select Add to Favorites to have the Inbox appear in the Favorites section: As you move between CSA and KSM email accounts, the profile bubble will change between domains. The idea is that you will work in one Outlook environment, but you will be able to switch between domain accounts. Example, you need to reply to a CSA email using your KSM email account Reply to the CSA email Click the From drop-down > select the KSMCPA.com email address The recipient will receive an email from your ksmcpa.com email address.
