Business:

Noble was founded in 1997 and began offering regulatory consulting services for the State of Indiana and expanded to other states through word of mouth. The organization grew to a group of over 30 seasoned professionals that range from former regulators, Big four partners and managers, insurance industry executives to examiners with regulatory designations. The philosophy followed at Noble - we invest heavily in the training of our staff to ensure continued high quality performance is achieved through the development and maintenance of designations and skillsets required by our regulatory customers.

Noble fulfills all needs of insurance regulators through Noble rather than having regulators coordinate the services of several specialists and consultants. It also involves providing value-added services for regulators. The Noble Experience for insurance companies means smooth, well-organized examinations that minimize disruptions and result in a lower total examination cost.

1. Noble admin is Lisa Warrum and in general accounts are managed by Noble
2. Zoom Rooms under the name BarrelRoom and HonorRoom in RMM
3. Zoom Room controllers and calendar management setup and managed through Zoom service account within the admin center if iPads or ZoomRooms need to be reconnected
4. KSM will be transitioning them to Teams Rooms at some point
5. With the current computers in use, they cannot be upgraded to 64-bit Zoom Room

1. Zoom Rooms have 3 components. Host PC running the Zoom Room software, a controller iPad and a display iPad. Make sure Zoom Room software is running and power cycle the PoE->Lightning connector for the iPad if it is not connecting to the network.

NOTE: Teammate is hosted at the NAIC and accessed via a Citrix connection. We do not support those servers, only the Citrix clients. Have users call the NAIC helpdesk for any server-side issues. The root level folders on Noble05’s N drive will need “Noble Staff” security group applied to them. Brent Bostic (bbostic@noblecon.net) also provides support inside Noble. Using Teammate EWP from Noble05 will require a separate Teammate NAIC account than the one they use for the Citrix connection, which they all should have access too.
