Core Identity (often Active Directory)

• Disable AD account (Scramble password too)
  1. Remove from groups
• Disable ShareFile account
• Grant the “Users Folder Access” group modify rights to their “home folder” in E:\Users on Noble-DC
• Notify KSM for O365 and Barracuda
  1. Forward email or/and convert to a shared mailbox if necessary
• Remove/disable from Duo, KB4, 
• Ask SIM2K to remove from Zulty's
