ISSUE:

• CCH Axcess Tax is not installed
• CCH Axcess Tax is installed, but it is the wrong account number

SOLUTION:

1. Close all Microsoft Office applications
    - Make sure to close Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
    - We recommend that you reboot your machine to ensure no applications are running and to avoid any conflicts.
2. Open Install and Update Manager
    - Use the Windows search box to find "Install and Update Manager," then click to open.

3. Select Preferences > Change Account Number > Enter 757887 as the New account number > Save > Close
    

4. Select all boxes > Install
   
5. Select Next > Next follow any other affirmative prompts
    
6. Click Finish to complete the installation. Enter the account number 757887 when prompted
