9 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Microsoft Teams and Select People
2. Search for the contact
3. Select the More options button
4. Select Add Category
5. If the category you wish to add to is already listed, Select it.
6. If the category is not listed. Type in the name of the category you wish to use.
7. After typing in the name of the category, Select Create.
You have now added a contact to a category.
8. To view the category use the list on the left side to select the category you wish to see.
9. That's it! You're Done!
