ISSUE: User is unable to access Interactive Forms (Super Forms) through BNA Tax Research

SOLUTION: Follow the steps below

1. Open BNA Research BNA Income Tax Research and SuperForms. No password is required (SSO)
    
   
2. Select Federal Tax Forms (Interactive) shown below
    
    
    
    
3. Click on Download and follow the steps to install the Interactive Forms app
    
    
     
4. Refresh the BNA webpage and now it will show a Launch button that will open the Interactive Forms application. 
    
    
    
    
5. Subsequent visits to this page will show the Launch button as well.
