CCH Document - License message

ISSUE:

  • Staff is receivng an error message that states "You do not have a license for the selected product. Please contact your system administrator."


RESOLUTION:

  • The incorrect account number is associated with CCH Document. Staff will need to go through the following steps to re-assocaite Document with the proper account in AppStream

  • Open AppStream. Close all open applications
  • In the search field, search for Install and Update Manager
  • Select Preferences > Change Account Number
  • Enter 759747 when prompted > Save > Close > Close Install and Update Manager


  • Open Document in AppStream
  • Enter 759747 when prompted
  • Document will open based on your network credentials using SSO (single sign-on)


ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • If you still receive the error message and the above steps do not correct it, you need to remove the profile associated with your account
  • Open File Explorer in the AppStream desktop
  • Navigate to c:\users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\WK\ProSystem FX\Security
  • Delete the file that starts with S-1
  • Close File Explorer and open Document again. You will need to re-enter 759747
