• KSM Staff has requested access to AppStream to review archive data

RESOLUTION:

Step1 =>

• Locate NYC-Staff group in ADM+
• Add user requesting access > update group

Step 2 =>

• Make certain user has AppStream installed on their device.
• PDQ > AWN Install_2023-02_137 (confirm package with Infra Team)
• Confirm user can access the desktop in AppStream

Step 3 =>

• Setup in requested applications. Confirm with BusApps Team
