ISSUE:

• Need to remove a year (document library) in a client site in DMS

SOLUTION:

• Navigate to the specific client site
• Select the Gear Icon in the top right corner
  
  
  
• Select Site Contents
• Locate the Year you want to remove by selecting the actions icon
  
  
  
• Select Delete
• The deleted document library will remain in the recycle bin for 30 days in case it needs to be retrieved
