ISSUE:

• Staff shows the generic Upload Here link in the CodeTwo signature
• The Upload Here link is missing from the CodeTwo signature

RESOLUTON:

This solution only applies to staff with a CodeTwo signature

• Create a new email (this can only be performed from a new email)
• Locate and select the ShareFile icon on the New email toolbar
  
  
  
• Select the drop-down arrow > Request Files arrow > Use Custom Settings
  
  
  
• Select all options as noted below, especially the Files and links expiration of never > OK
  
  
  
• In your email, right click over the Click here link that appeared > Select Copy Hyperlink
  • Do not copy all of the text, only the hyperlink
    
    
    
• Navigate to the Code Two customizations site: https://user.codetwo.com/
• Locate and select the Sharefile upload link field in the customization screen
  • If something is already in the field, delete it
• Right click in the field > Select Paste
• Once the hyperlink is pasted into the field > Select Save & Update
• The link will show up on your next new email that you send
