Sending a Secure Email from Outlook (Without ShareFile)

ISSUE: Need to send a secure message outside of ShareFile

SOLUTION: Send Secure Message From Oulook With the Following Steps

Open Outlook and select New Email
1. Select the Options tab and click on Encrypt
2. Inform the Recipient to click on the “Read the Message” link in the email
3. On the following screen select the “Sign in with a One-Time passcode”
4. You will receive a separate email containing the one-time passcode similar to below
5. Enter the one-time passcode shown above and select continue
6. You will the have access to the encrypted message, including any attachments
