BNA - Backup and Import BNA Tax Plan ISSUE: Need to backup and import a BNA Tax Plan. SOLUTION: You will access the MichaelSilver BNA tenant (source) and import the plan to the KSM tenant (target) Once you create the export file, you will need to first create a new client in the target Follow the steps below to complete this process. Click to access BNA Income Tax Planner Web To backup a client file, access the Client portal by selecting the link for the Last Name Click on the ellipses (...) next to the Plan name and select Export Clicking export will save a .it file in your downloads folder for that plan. With your .it files ready, open the BNA Income Tax Planner Web target environment. You will need to create the Client using the Add Client function. Select Add Client. Enter the client information then select Add Plans. Browse to your downloads folder and load it in, or you can have your downloads folder opened and you can drag and drop it here. Leave the Permissions field blank. Click Save.
