PURPOSE:
This document will go over the deployment process of an amazon workspace for power users, or ACS team.
SCOPE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is important that the End user has DUO MFA enabled on their account as AWS Workspaces personal requires it.

ASSUMPTIONS:
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
- Sign into https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat/?auth=2&origindomain=Office
- Locate the APPS tab on the left hand side, and locate the AWS IAM Identity center

- After logging into the AWS portal, Locate the KSMCPA-SHAREDSERVICES, CLICK the dropdown and select your role, this will log you into the account

- Ensure your region is N. Virginia at the top right

- Next, in the searchbar search Workspaces and click it
- Next, click the burger menu and click on Workspaces Personal

- Next, click create WorkSpaces

- Ensure the following selections and update the bundle to the MAJORIS bundle

- Next, select the only directory here, and search for your user and select them. (you can deploy up to 25)

- Next, click the dropdown under encrypt root and user volume and select BOTH volumes, update the key to use the key selected then click create
