ISSUE: Error message in Excel noting Too Many formats: RESOLUTION: The older version of Excel has a hard stop at the number of formats a specific file can have. The file needs to be saved as the new XLSX format. Open the Excel file from within Engagement Select File > Save as XLSX to your desktop > Close the file Drag the file back into the Engagement Binder and update the properties as needed Remove the original file Express sync to the KSM CFR when available

ISSUE: Staff is not signed in to Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote as a KSM staff Need to sign out and log back in as KSM staff RESOLUTION: In any Microsoft application, left-click your name, initials or picutre in the upper right-hand corner Select Sign out Select Sign out when prompted In the upper right-hand corner, select Sign in Enter your KSM network username and password Please confirm your DUO prompt Select OK to stay signed in to all apps Select Done Your name and/or picture will now show up in the upper right-hand corner If you hover over the image, you will see that your credentials are username@ksmcpa.com Please repeat steps 1-10 with any other Microsoft applications that do not show username@ksmcpa.com as noted above
