ISSUE: Printers have not been added to my laptop I am unable to print in AppStream or Horizon VMWare SOLUTION: In order to print to a printer from AppStream or Horizon, It must first be added to your laptop in order to pass-through In the search field, type printers and select Printers and Scanners Select the + to Add a printer or scanner Scroll down and search for printers that begin with NYC (or the relevant office) Click once to select the printer. Select Add device to install the printer To set the printer as your Default printer, Select the printer again > Select Manage > Set as Default
