ISSUE: Noble staff utilize ShaareFile fro Windows. THe installaer maps an S: drive to their local machine. They use ShareFile for Windows on a daily job basis The initial login instance needs to follow the steps noted below if the staff is not logged in yet. THis is NOT the same as the ShareFile for Outlook add-in RESOLUTION: Enter nobelcon into the domain when prompted. Do not inpout ".net" > Select Continue Enter your ShareFile credentials > Select Sign-In Once logged in, check to see if you have access to the S:\ drive in windows explorer
