BIOS - Setting BIOS Time
ISSUE: Cannot login due to time sync errors Timezone/Clock issues in Windows Performed a CMOS reset and time has defaulted to Factory Time RESOLUTION: On Thinkpad P15s and P16s do the following: When powering on device, press the "F1" key until you see "Entering Setup" Select "Date/Time" tab on the left. Adjust Date/Time to a known good clock (Phone/other computer). Select "Save and Exit" Select "Yes" Machine will reboot with changes saved.

ThinkPad P16s CMOS reset
ISSUE: Hardware is not connecting properly (USB, Thunderbolt/USB-C, etc.) Dock is not connecting. Graphical Errors and glitches BIOS update failure and will not boot SOLUTION: Disconnect all peripherals from your machine (keyboard, mouse, etc.) Power off your laptop Using a paper clip, insert into the hole shown until you feel a button click and hold for 10 seconds. Power on the device and reconnect all peripherals after Windows has booted properly.
