Reconfigure Laptop Outlook Client using DeploymentPro
Here are step-by-step instructions to help you reconfigure your Outlook profile on your laptop. The pop-up window you will see will look like this: Once you click Next, the subsequent page will prompt you to select your credentials. Add your email password, which is now the same as your laptop password, in the Password field and click the Next button. Once your credentials have been validated, you will see a page that looks like this: You can now begin your Outlook profile reconfiguration by clicking the Next button. If you do not have Outlook open, the profile configuration will proceed. If you currently have Outlook open,you will see this: You should then click the Close the Application(s) button. Outlook will be closed for you, and the profile configuration will proceed. The configuration could take several minutes. During this time, your new profile is being created based on your previous default profile. Here's what is actually happening: Any PST files that were attached to your previous default profile are reattached to the new profile. Autocompletes (cached addresses) are imported over to the new profile. Once the new profile has been created, you will see something like this: Click on the Finish button to launch Outlook. Your new profile will be configured to access the new Destination email system.

Removing and adding email account from Mobile Outlook client
1. While in the Outlook Mobile APP, Select the profile Icon. 2. Select the Settings Cog at the bottom left. 3. Select your Office 365 account. 4. In the Office 365 Settings, scroll all the way to the bottom and select “Remove Account.” 5. Select “Remove” 6. Once your account has finished being removed. You will log in with your Office 365 account – be sure to use your laptop login password for these logins. When ready Select “Add Account” 7. When prompted, Select “Open Authenticator” 8. Sign in with the same Office 365 account. 9. After logging in, Outlook may restart. If you are prompted with the following screen just select “Continue” You’re all done! Your emails will start populating inside your outlook client.

How to Delete an Address from the Outlook Autocomplete Address List
1. First Open a new email. 2. Second type a name in the “To…” field. 3. When you come across a name with the incorrect domain name, select the X to the right of the name to clear it from your AutoComplete Address List.
