If your reported Fax server is KSMRightfax as shown in the screenshot, Please follow these instructions. 2. Select File 3. Select Close Server 4. Select File 5. Select Open Server 6. Select the Server Name text field 7. For the Server Name, Please Enter: KSMFAX 8. As long as you are connected to the KSM Network, whether it be by being on site or being connected to VPN, you will see that you are not connected to the KSMFax Server. That's it. You're Done!

The first step is to select file 2. Select Close Server 3. Select File 4. Select Open Server 5. Select the Server Name textbox 6. Type in the name of the old Rightfax Server. Type: KSMRIGHTFAX Only do this if the number has failed to port. 7. As long as you are connected to the KSM Network the data from the old RightFax server should load. 8. That's it. You're done.

The first step is to RDP to the KSMFAX server. Remember to Login with the ServiceRightfax account so that you have Full Access permissions to our fax service. This password can be found in lastpass. 2. Locate and Open RightFax Enterprise Fax Manager App 3. Select Yes 4. Ensure Administrator ( or another RF admin account ) is entered for the User ID. 5. Keep the password empty and select OK. 6. Select Users 7. To view Users use the right pane. You can also use the search bar at the top of the pane to search for users within RightFax. Users are typically synced from ADSYNC. It is not normal to manually create users in the RightFax Enterprise Fax Manager. 8. Right Click Users, Then Select New. 9. Fill out the needed Identification information for the User you are creating. For 8879 the naming convention is "Forward##Form8879". Changing the name of these users for the 8879 will have no mal-impact. 10. Once all the information has been filled out you can select OK to generate the user in RightFax. 11. Select Yes when prompted about the duplicate routing code. If you manually set a routing code then you may not get this message. 12. Use the search bar to locate the FORM8879 users. 13. Here you can see the main FORM8879 User which should NOT be modified. As well as the Forward Users that are responsible for forwarding faxes from the other 8879 numbers. 14. To Assign a number to an account, Double Click the Fax User 15. Navigate to Routing 16. You can decide to Look up a number or select the first available number. 17. If you select "Lookup" you can see all the routing codes and their assignment. You can also use the search bar to search for routing codes. 18. If you select "First Available Number" you will be assigned the first unassigned number. 19. Then select "Look Up.." 20. This will show you the unassigned Fax Numbers available in RightFax. 21. Select Default Inbound Settings 22. To have faxes forwarded to another user Set Automatic Forwarding by selecting the Enabled checkbox. 23. Then select the forwarding type dropdown menu 24. Select the Forward to RightFAX User(s) 25. In the USER ID field enter the account that you want faxes forwarded to. in this case it would be FORM8879. 26. Select OK 27. Thats it! You're done!
