18 STEPS
1. The first step is to Open Microsoft Teams.
Then Select Calendar
2. Select New Meeting
3. Select Title and type in the title for your meeting
4. Select Participants and type in the names of participants for your meeting.
Make sure to include the Room you wish to invite here.
To invite external participants make sure you enter the full email address.
5. Select the Start Date Box.
6. Select the Start Date of your Meeting
7. Select the Start Time box
8. Select the Start Time of your Meeting
9. Select the End Date Box
10. Select the End Date of your Meeting
11. Select End Time
12. Select the End Time of your Meeting
13. Select Details
14. Enter any needed event details to appear in Teams and in Outlook
15. Select Scheduling Assistant
16. Use the Scheduling Assistant to Ensure the Conference Room is available for your Meeting.
If the Conference Room is unavailable your meeting will not be scheduled
17. Click Send
18. Locate and Open your meeting to review all of your details sent correctly.
That's it. You're done.
