Microsoft Teams - How to Manage Teams Channels

The first step is to Open Microsoft Teams and Click Teams 2. Click More Actions next to the team you wish to add members to. 3. Click Add Channel 4. Click on the Channel Name textbox 5. Type in the Channel Name you wish to create 6. Click on the Description Textbox 7. Type in a description 8. Click on the Privacy dropdown menu 9. Click the Privacy setting you wish to set 10. Click Create 11. Click on the Textbox 12. Type in Staff Names you wish to add 13. Click on the Staff Names you wish to add 14. Click Add MEMBERS MUST ALREADY BE A PART OF THE TEAM TO JOIN A CHANNEL - CLICK TO LEARN HOW TO ADD MEMBERS TO A TEAM 15. To Edit Member Permissions; Click the downward arrow 16. Click the permission level you wish to set 17. Click Done 18. Click More Actions 19. To pin the channel to the top of your Teams Menu: Click Pin 20. Now you will see that the Channel is Pinned above the other teams for ease of access. 21. Click More Actions 22. To Delete a Channel: Click Delete This Channel 23. Click Delete 24. That's it. You're done.

Microsoft Teams - How to Set a Status Message
14 STEPS 1. The first step is to open Microsoft Teams. 2. Click Profile 3. Click Set Status Message 4. Click the Text box 5. Type in the message you would like staff to see when messaging you. 6. Additionally, you can mention the staff who you might want to direct others for emergencies or other inquiries. Just type an @ and then the name of the staff 7. Click Today 8. Click the time frame you would like to have your status message active 9. If you choose Custom, you can select Dates and Times in which to stop your status message 10. Click the date you would like to end your status message 11. Click Time 12. Click the time you would like to end your status message 13. Click Done 14. Now when staff message you they will see your Status Message within Chat. That's it. You're done. Microsoft Teams - Testing Audio Devices before a Meeting
12 STEPS 1. The first step is to open Microsoft Teams and Click the More Actions Icon 2. Click Settings 3. Click Devices 4. Click the Audio Devices dropdown 5. Click the correct Audio Device from the dropdown menu 6. Click Speaker 7. Click the correct speaker from the dropdown menu 8. Click Microphone 9. Click the correct Microphone from the dropdown menu 10. Click Make a Test Call to test your devices 11. Microsoft Teams - Dial in to a Conference with an International Number

The first step is to Open the Calendar invite through Outlook 2. Next, if you are calling from Indiana Click on the Dial Number for Indiana 3. Next, you will be asked for the Conference Phone ID which will be located on your email invitation 4. If your number is not listed you can find International numbers by Clicking "Find a Local Number" 5. Outlook will open a web browser and show you all of the Microsoft Teams Conference Dial-in Numbers for International Calls. Click the one that corresponds to your region. 6. Dial the Number you wish to use 7. When asked, type in the Phone Conference ID number given in the email invitation. That's it. You're done.
