10 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Outlook.
Then Select New Appointment.
2. Select Title and enter the title for your meeting
3. Confirm you have set the appropriate Date and Time.
4. Select Location and enter the location for your meeting. In this case enter the name of a conference room
5. Based on the time needs of your meeting and number of participants, Outlook will make conference room suggestions.
Click on the room that best fits your needs
6. Select the Teams Meeting Button
7. How you will see the Microsoft Teams Meeting Link in the body of your invite.
From here you can add anyone else who should attend and any additional details.
8. Add Participants
9. Select Send
10. That's it. You're done.
