Engagement - Unfinalize Binder

ISSUE:

A discovery was made in a finalized binder that requires the binder to be unfinalized.


RESOLUTION:
The requesting staff needs to secure permission in order to have the binder unfinalized. Only BusApps staff can unfinalize a binder.


  • Staff sends email requesting the binder to be unfinalized and why
  • Need to include Help Desk, Client partner and Scott Price
  • Once both partners approve, BusApps/Help Desk will unfinalize the binder and notify the requesting staff
