Engagement - Read Only Error 'X3TM-4ZS32'
"Support Code: X3TM-4ZS32," upon opening or printing a checked in Word workpaper in ProSystem fx Engagement Symptoms "Support Code: X3TM-4ZS32," upon opening or printing a checked in Word workpaper in Engagement. Cause Workpaper not checked out. Microsoft Office update no longer allowed editing or printing on Read-Only status workpapers. Resolution In prior Microsoft Office versions, editing or printing a workpaper in Read-Only status (unassigned or checked in) was allowed. Changes in Microsoft Office version 2206 (Build 15330.20004) indicates the following below. "We fixed an issue where the interaction mode showed “Editing” when a document was in read-only mode." This change will no longer allow editing or printing in Read-Only mode regardless if the workpaper is in Engagement or created from the Desktop. Engagement requires sticking to the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel (different from the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel (Preview)), or rolling Office back to a release prior to 2206. A repair of Engagement or Workpaper Manager will be required afterwards. How do I repair an existing install of CCH ProSystem fx Engagement ? For instructions on rolling back the version of Office, see below. How do I rollback Microsoft Office to a prior version.
