ISSUE:

• Client does not have an International job setup to be used for FBAR filing
• You are NOT allowed to copy a job and change the name for FBAR filing as this will keep the job from ever getting auto-released

RESOLUTION:

• Open the Jobs listing for the client
• From the top of the window, select New Job
• Select OK to the Alert that appears
• Confirm that there is not already an International Job that needs to be rolled forward
• Once the New Job screen appears, select the following:
  1. Select a Service = International Tax
  2. Select a Template = [TTTT] FINCEN 114
  3. Job timing = select relevant options
  4. Job Management = select relevant options
  5. Job Code = leave default
  6. Job Name = leave default, change if necessary
• Select Create
