ISSUE:

• Need to move a binder from one client folder to another client folder

RESOLUTION:

• To move a binder from an existing client folder to a new client folder, do the following:
  • Make sure the Source binder is in the Local File Room.
  • Make sure the Target binder is in the Local File Room.
    • If the client folder does not exist you will need to create the client.
  • Drag the desired binder from the existing client folder and drop it into the destination client folder.
  • Synchronize the binder to make the change in the Central File Room.
    
    
• Make sure the binder is removed from all other staff local file rooms as this will cause other issues if the open and sync
