ISSUE:

• Engagement does not show the actual name in the title bar. It shows numbers/letters
• #NAME? is showing in cells that link back to the trial balance
• I am getting errors when trying to publish workpapers

SOLUTION:

• The path to the Engagement add-in for Excel has changed and needs to be manually updated
• Open Excel
• Select File > Options > Add-ins
• From Manage > select Excel Add-ins > Go
• Select browse on the right > navigate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\Library > Select epace.xla
• Select Yes to replace the current Epace add-in
• Close Excel and re-open
• Check any Engagement based Excel file

ALTERNATE SOLUTION:

• Screen Connect to backstage > registry
  
• Locate Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Excel\options - OPEN =  "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\LIBRARY\epace.xla"
