ISSUE:

• staff trying to create a new file from template
• receive the following error:
  • epace component cannot be created secommon.wptemplates
    
    
    

SOLUTION:

• Close Engagement, OUtlook, Word, Excel
  • Might have to use task manager to end word and excel
• Click windows button > Type AppChecker
• Select Fix All (ignore that Knowledge Coach is not being repaired)
• Open Engagement and test import again
