ISSUE:

• Staff is not signed in to Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote as a KSM staff
• Need to sign out and log back in as KSM staff

RESOLUTION:

1. In any Microsoft application, left-click your name, initials or picutre in the upper right-hand corner
2. Select Sign out
   
   
   
3. Select Sign out when prompted
   
   
   
4. In the upper right-hand corner, select Sign in
   
   
   
5. Enter your KSM network username and password
6. Please confirm your DUO prompt
7. Select OK to stay signed in to all apps
   
   
   
8. Select Done
9. Your name and/or picture will now show up in the upper right-hand corner
10. If you hover over the image, you will see that your credentials are username@ksmcpa.com
11. Please repeat steps 1-10 with any other Microsoft applications that do not show username@ksmcpa.com as noted above
