Document - Addin is not Appearing in Outlook

ISSUE:

  • The Document add-in is not showing in Outlook in the CSA Horizon Desktop


RESOLUTION:

  • Close Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Open CCH Axcess Dashboard
  • Select User options > Plug-ins
  • Select Install for Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Close CCH Axcess Dashboard
  • Open Outlook. The CCH Axcess add-in should appear
