Document - Addin is not Appearing in Outlook

- The Document add-in is not showing in Outlook in the CSA Horizon Desktop
RESOLUTION:
- Close Word, Excel and Outlook
- Open CCH Axcess Dashboard
- Select User options > Plug-ins
- Select Install for Word, Excel, Outlook
- Close CCH Axcess Dashboard
- Open Outlook. The CCH Axcess add-in should appear
