Practice Engine - Clearing Application Caches

Issue(s):

  • KSM Analytics and Reporting are navigating to "Staff Search" instead of the correct links.
  • Issues with rendering a Page in PE that a Hard Cache Dump does not resolve.


Solution:

  1. Select "Help" and "Browser Details"



  2. Select "Clear/Delete" for all listed objects.
