Microsoft Teams Voice - How to Make a Call

** Best experienced in Full Screen (click the icon in the top right corner before you begin) **4 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Microsoft Teams and Select Calls
2. Use the search box to enter the name or the number of the person you are trying to reach.
3. If the individual you are trying to reach is a KSM employee they will appear in the drop down menu for you to click on.
4. When you are ready to initiate the call, Select Call.
That's it! You're Done!
