Microsoft Teams Voice - How to Merge Calls

1. The first step is to initiate a call with the first recipient.
2. Open the Microsoft Teams App
3. Use the phone dial pad to initiate a call with the other participant.
4. Once the second participant answers the call. Select the More button
5. Select the first call you initiated.
6. Select Merge
7. Wait for Microsoft Teams Voice to finish merging the calls. This can be done whether you initiate the calls or someone else calls you. Keep in mind you must not hang up either call during this process.
That's it. You're done.
