Microsoft Teams Voice - How to Setup your Voicemail

1. The first step is to select the triple dot icon
2. Select Settings
3. Select Calls
4. To record a voice recording greeting, Select the Record a Greeting option under the Manage Voicemail section.
5. A call with the Voice Mail assistant will be launched.
Follow the instructions of the Voice Mail assistant to record a voice mail greeting.
6. To create a text to speech voicemail greeting, Select the Custom greeting option and enter the text you would like to be read in your greeting.
7. Lastly if you would like to modify the redirect to voicemail flow, select the dropdown box.
8. Select the option you would like to happen when someone is redirected to your voicemail.
