Modified on: Tue, Nov 5 2024 4:03 PMHere's an interactive tutorial
** Best experienced in Full Screen (click the icon in the top right corner before you begin) **13 STEPS
1. The first step is to Open Microsoft Teams and Select the triple dot icon at the top right.
2. Select Settings
3. Select Calls
4. If you would like to have all of your calls forwarded, Select the "Forward All Calls" option
5. A new option will appear which will allow you to choose what happens with all of your calls.
6. Here you can select whether to have your calls forwarded to Voicemail, or to have your calls forwarded to a new number or contact.
7. If you wish to do simultaneous ringing, Select the "When you receive a call" dropdown box.
8. Here you can select "Also ring a new number or contact"
9. You will then be prompted to enter the name or number that you would like to setup to simultaneously ring.
10. Once setup you will be able to see the number prompted.
11. To determine what should happen when you do not answer calls, Select the "When you can't answer a call" dropdown
12. Here you can select which action to take when you are not able to answer the phone. Keep in mind that selecting "Do not redirect calls" means you will NOT receive voicemails, and the call will be dropped if unanswered.
13. In order to determine ring time, Select the "Ring for this many seconds before redirecting" dropdown
That's it! You're done!
