ISSUE:

• Staff cannot find unique ID to be used for CCH Axcess Tax personal returns

RESOLUTION:

• Click link to open Practice Engine/Staff Search
• If you already have PE open, navigate to Staff - Search
• Enter your name to search for in the Search field > press Enter
• Click on the word Columns (not the drop-down)
  
  
  
• Drag the field Staff Code to the right and place it under Office > Select Save
  
  
  
• Your Unique Staff Code will appear in the column
