ISSUE:

• Error message: "The refresh process cannot be completed at this time. Close any Engagement windows that may be open and try manually refreshing the document using the Refresh command."
• Happens when staff tries to open a TB report

RESOLUTION:

• The TB report will need to be re-created
• Once a TB report is corrupted, there is no recovery

ALTERNATE SOLUTION:

• Find a staff that has the report in their local file room
• HOWEVER - turn off express sync on close and open first, otherwise the file will be removed
• Open the TB report that is not corrupted and save it to the desktop
• Copy the file from the desktop back into the binder
• Sync the binder
• Delete the corrupted TB report
