Engagement - TB Report error

- Error message: "The refresh process cannot be completed at this time. Close any Engagement windows that may be open and try manually refreshing the document using the Refresh command."
- Happens when staff tries to open a TB report
RESOLUTION:
- The TB report will need to be re-created
- Once a TB report is corrupted, there is no recovery
ALTERNATE SOLUTION:
- Find a staff that has the report in their local file room
- HOWEVER - turn off express sync on close and open first, otherwise the file will be removed
- Open the TB report that is not corrupted and save it to the desktop
- Copy the file from the desktop back into the binder
- Sync the binder
- Delete the corrupted TB report
