By default, all items are selected for import. If desired, make the following changes: De-select items you don't want to import. If you want to create duplicate items (by importing items with the same username, password, and URL that already exist in your vault), enable the Select all duplicates setting at the bottom of the list. Select Import All. You have imported your stored passwords from your password manager into LastPass. Autofilling after import Once imported, you might notice that some websites do not autofill right away. This is because LastPass needs to “see” the website in order to capture the exact username and password fields, as they differ from website to website. When you visit the website for the first time after importing, use the in-field icon to force fill the credentials and log in. It will autofill every time after that.

Log in to LastPass and access your vault by doing either of the following: In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon and select Open My Vault. Go to https://lastpass.com/?ac=1 and log in with your email address and network password. Select Passwords in the navigation pane, then locate the password you want to share. Select the password entry, click the Share icon . When prompted, enter the email address(es) of the recipient(s). If desired, check the box to enable the Allow Recipient to View Password option. Click Share to send the password to your recipient(s). Once you have shared your password, your recipient will remain in a Pending status until they accept the share. You can click the Resend Invitation icon or the Cancel Invitation icon . Once your recipient accepts, that password is shared with them. If updates are made to the password, you must share again to ensure that the recipient has the most up-to-date version of the password. If desired, you can click the Revoke Access icon to remove their access. Note: This ONLY works for KSM staff and will not work for external accounts. How do I create and use a shared folder? Share password entries and secure notes with other LastPass users by creating a shared folder in the Sharing Center. Alternatively, you can convert an existing folder to a shared folder as well. Log in to LastPass and access your vault by doing either of the following: In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon and select Open My Vault. Go to https://lastpass.com/?ac=1 and log in with your email address and network password. Create a shared folder manually, or convert an existing folder into a shared folder by doing either of the following: Action in LastPass Instructions Create a shared folder manually Select Sharing Center in the left navigation. Click the Manage Shared Folders tab. Click the Add Shared Folder icon . Enter a name for your shared folder, then click Create or Add. Convert an existing folder to a shared folder Locate your existing folder in your vault. Right-click on the folder, then select Share. Enter a name for your newly converted shared folder, then click Create or Add. Your new shared folder now appears within the Manage Shared Folders tab in the Sharing Center, as well as within your vault view. Once you have created a shared folder, invite users or groups, grant access permissions, and restrict access. User groups are added to shared folders just like individuals; the groups are created in the Admin Console and available in the drop-down list of users when you create or edit a shared folder. Select Sharing Center in the left navigation. Hover over your desired shared folder and click Manage. In the Invite Users or Groups field, enter the name of each user or group you want to invite, and select each when populated. You cannot invite other users outside of KSM with whom to share your folder. If desired, enable the Send Email checkbox to inform the selected users or groups via email that they are invited to access your shared folder. In the Permissions section, you can enable the checkbox(es) of the access you want to set for your selected users. Once selected, click Invite, and the invited users and groups are added to the list of approved users. Tip: You can view the "Invite Accepted" column in the right navigation to track when the user or group of users accepts your invitation via the Sharing Center within their own account. If desired, check the box for the Hide Passwords option to prevent the user or group from viewing the site password entry. Learn more about hidden passwords. Click Save when finished. How do I view and accept a shared item? View your shared items, items that have been shared with you or accept shared items from others in your LastPass vault. Within your LastPass vault, select Sharing Center in the left navigation. Action in LastPass Instructions View shared items You can select either the Shared with Others or Shared with Me tab to view shared items. Accept a shared item Select the Shared with Me tab, and under the "Pending" section, one or more items are listed. Hover over the pending item and click Accept. By default, all accepted shared items are stored in the Sharing Center under the Shared with Me tab in the "Accepted" section. If desired, click the Edit icon and define a specific folder. About hidden passwords for shared items When you share an item, regardless of whether or not you enable the Allow Recipient to View Password option, you should be aware of the following: Savvy end users could potentially access the password if they capture it using advanced techniques, but LastPass will never be able to access this data because it has been encrypted using their public key. It is also possible to obtain shared passwords using another password manager. For these reasons, LastPass recommends that you generate a secure password for the site that you’re sharing in order to avoid sharing any passwords that you’re uncomfortable with the recipient obtaining.

Can I claim Families as a Benefit without linking a personal account? Yes – Families as a Benefit can be claimed without having to link a personal account. What if I don't want to activate the offer? While we certainly recommend it, you are not required to activate the Families as a Benefit offer. If you ever change your mind and want to activate it, the Account Benefits option in the left navigation will remain in your vault for you to claim at any time for the duration of your employment at KSM. Can I deactivate it if I no longer want the offer? Yes – if you change your mind and decide you don't want it, you can deactivate Families as a Benefit. Can I give the offer to someone else? No – this offer is only available to employees with a LastPass Business account and can only be activated within the vault of the LastPass Business user's KSM business account. Will I ever be charged for Families as a Benefit? No – this is a complimentary LastPass Families account that is included in each LastPass Business user account through KSM at no added cost. I already have LastPass Premium or Families, can I still claim the offer? Yes – existing customers who have purchased a LastPass Premium or Families account will be migrated to the Families as a Benefit account once the offer has been activated in the employee's LastPass Business user account. Will I be reimbursed if I already paid for LastPass Premium or Families? No – existing customers who have already paid for LastPass Premium or Families will not be reimbursed for a personal account that they have already purchased. Similarly, in your personal LastPass Families account, each person can only access their own personal vault (regardless of their role in LastPass Families – Family Owner, Manager, or Member). This means that nobody can view or access another person's vault within the account. However, you and your LastPass Families users can choose to proactively use the Sharing Center to share individual items (passwords, payment cards, secure notes, etc.), or create a shared folder and fill it with items to share with another person within your LastPass Families account.
