The first step is to navigate to Barracuda. 2. Enter your KSM Email Address 3. Select Next 4. Using the Message Log pane, you can view All your emails or your quarentined emails based on the Message Filter Option 5. Select an Email 6. When you select an email a Details pane will appear which will allow you to review details of the selected email 7. Select the Block dropdown menu. 8. Here you can choose to block Domain or Email Blocking Domain will send any future emails from the sender domain to your quarantine. Blocking Email will send any future emails from the recipient to your quarantine.

How to manage shared mailbox quarantine
Navigate to ess.barracudanetworks.com. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the Email Address field and click Next. On the Email Gateway Defense login screen under the "Logging into a shared mailbox..." section, click Email a temporary passcode. Wait a few minutes for the passcode to arrive in the shared mailbox. This generally takes less than 5 minutes. Copy the code from the email and return to the sign in page. Enter the code in the Temporary Passcode filed and click Log in.
