You will see the below client installed on your desktop. Please double click to open the application.   A new window will show up with a tile named “view.ksmcpa.com”. Click that tile.   A logon prompt will present itself. Type in your network logon credentials. Once you hit enter, a Duo push, or phone call will be sent to your phone. After you have logged in, a new tile called “KSM Desktops” will show. Please click this tile to access your Virtual Desktop.   Congratulations! You are now logged into your Horizon Virtual Desktop! NOTE: You may see this prompt after first login, it is okay to click "Allow"

By default, VMware Horizon utilizes all screens available. You will see this taskbar at the top of your main monitor.   Click the “Exit Fullscreen” to send the desktop to a single window.     If you prefer to choose which monitors VMware Horizon utilize. Click the down arrow right by “Fullscreen”.   From there click the monitors you would like VMware Horizon to utilize and click “Apply”.

Please visit https://view.ksmcpa.com and click on "Install VMware Horizon Client" Select "Go To Downloads" under the WINDOWS tab. Select "Download Now" After Downloading please run installer from your downloads folder. When first running the application you may be prompted to add a server, enter: view.ksmcpa.com Let me know if you need assistance with this, or if this does not work.

  Installing the VMware Horizon Client for iOS 1. Access the iOS App Store 2. Search for “VMware Horizon Client” 3. Click “Get” 4. Download and double click or confirm with button for installation 5. Click icon for “”Horizon” 6.  Under Server Setup            Enter view.ksmcpa.com for the “Server Address”            Click “Connect” 7.   Enter your credentials KSM credentials (First initial Last Name) and leave domain as “KSM1” and click “Login” 8.   Under Servers you will see KSM Desktops

  Installing the VMware Horizon Client for MacOS Browse to:   https://ksmcpa.unily.com/ > APPS AND TOOLS > COMPANY APPS > HORIZON CLIENT  The link directs to the Horizon installation instructions and downloads. Click VMware-Horizon-Client-For-Mac  The executable will be placed in your downloads folder. Locate & double click “VMware Horizon Client xxxx.dmg” in the Downloads directory   Click to open the .pkg file in the window that appears   Click Continue through the various prompts to install the application You may, depending on your account, require authentication to install (biometric or password by clicking the Use Password button) Once successful you can click Close to exit the installer You may select “Move to Trash” to delete the installer from your Downloads directory You may right click on the Horizon Client Desktop icon and select “Eject ...” to unmount the installer   You can launch the Horizon App through the Launchpad app or from your Applications directory When launching you will be prompted for your NETWORK CREDENTIALS (same username and password you use to login to the company account)  

  Installing the VMware Horizon Client for Windows Browse to:   https://ksmcpa.unily.com/ > APPS AND TOOLS > COMPANY APPS > HORIZON CLIENT and click the link. The link directs to the Horizon installation instructions and downloads. Click VMware-Horizon-Client-For-Windows.  The executable will be placed in your downloads folder. Access the downloads folder and double click the “VMware-Horizon-Client” executable.   Click “Agree & Install”     Click “Finish” Click “Restart Now” The Horizon client is now installed. When opening the application view.ksmcpa.com will be available
