ISSUE: How to log in to the PTMS system UserID locked out Cannot access system SOLUTION: PTMS is available in the Horizon environment and local machine installation, by request only PTMS is also setup for SSO In the Windows Apps folder on the desktop, Locate the PTMS folder > double click to open the PTMS Client shortcut  When prompted, enter your username only > Select Login If prompted, enter network credentials for any windows that appear
