ISSUE: CFS Payroll does not list any client information Client info did not roll from PY SOLUTION: No client info was rolled from PY All 1099, W2, 1095, 1098, etc. shoudl be prepped in Yearli. Production has the proper steps. No efiling will occur in CFS Payroll If CFS still needs to be used, you will need to roll the client from the PY Open CFS Payroll Select Utilities > Import (YEAR) Clients/Payees/Preparers/Labels Select Next when asked to point to PY path Locate the specific client you want > Select the client > Select Finish Select Yes to continue > Select No to update payee demographics Select OK to finish
