Sage BusinessWorks - Unable to use/Cannot execute
ISSUE: User is unable to use most functions or run reports in BusinessWorks, caused by exiting tasks incorrectly
SOLUTION: Follow the steps below to clear the license locks
Close all BusinessWorks instances
Click the Windows Start button and search for DBRegister
In DBRegister select the BWSystem1400 database
Click the Users button along the bottom of the window
Click the Disconnect All Users button (even if there are no users listed)
A warning message will appear that you are about to disconnect all users, click OK
Click OK and then Close to exit DBRegister
Open Sage BusinessWorks again and attempt the process that was giving the error message
