ISSUE: Staff member's CAF number or some other personal information is missing.  RESOLUTION: Use the steps below to edit your profile in TaxTools. Open the version of TaxTools that is needed.  Once open select File > Preparer/Rep Database... Use the dropdown to find your name Make the desired change to your profile Select Save and then select Close
