Accounting CS - User forgot password
ISSUE: User has forgotten their password for Accounting CS. SOLUTION: Use the password reset link on the login splash page. Upon launching the CS Professional Suite login page will appear. Click on the Reset Password link below the login fields. Verify the email address in the email field and click Reset My Password. Click on Go To Sign On to return to the login page. An email like the one below will be sent to the email address you designated above. Please note the subject line and sending email address in the email below. The password reset email is only valid for 24 hours. The email should arrive within 20 minutes, if it does not, please reach out to the KSM helpdesk. Click on the Reset Password button. Click on the requirements link if you need guidance. Enter your password and confirm it. Click Reset My Password. Return to the Accounting CS login screen and use your email address and new password to login.

Accounting CS - Update 2fa Number
ISSUE: Staff have changed the 2fa number for Thomson products, including: Fixed Assets CS, Accounting CS and UltraTax CS SOLUTION: Navigate to https://account.thomsonreuters.com/en-us/profile/about Select Try another method Select email > Enter the code > Continue Select Manage Verification Select - Remove Number under Phone > Remove Setup new Phone Authentication > Select Phone > +Add number Enter your new number when prompted > Text Message > Continue Enter the Text Verficiation > Verify Record the code that is presented in LastPass in case you need to authenticate with a recovery code Select Continue Once you finish > close the browser and you can re-try access to the Thmosnon products
