Engagement - Published Reports Compatibility Checker
ISSUE: Staff is trying to publish a TB report but they keep getting the Microsoft Excel - Compatibility Checker window Staff de-selects the checkbox and selects continue, but it keeps appearing for every report Also, Engagement will not re-activate until the window above is located and marked continue so Engagement appears locked up RESOLUTION: 2 different solutions. Since it is a TB report that is generated inside of Engagement, it cannot be opened and saved to the desktop as an XLSX file and brought back in. Option 1: During the roll forward, staff should have checked the box to convert all DOC and XLS to DOCX and XLSX If work is minimal, delete the binder and re-roll Option 2: Delete the existing TB report. Re-create the WP from the current TB. When the WP is published it will be in the XLSX format and will not throw the dialog box above.
